For adults, take 4 to 6 capsules 3 times a day. Do not use more than 18 capsules per day without consulting a health care practitioner. 30 - 60 minutes prior to meals. Effect observed 12-24 hours after first dose, and may take 2-3 days. Take with one glass of liquid and maintain adequate fluid intake. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medication. For occasional use, consult a health care practitioner for use beyond consecutive 7 days.
